Donny Phillips
Donny Phillips founded Atlanta Flooring Design Centers in 1985. With extensive industry knowledge and experience, Donny brings a hands-on approach that has been invaluable to each project and to the company’s culture. He has the ability to guide and assist our team in providing outstanding service to our clients every day. A graduate of Troy State University in Alabama, Donny has been an active member of the Duluth and Gwinnett community for over 35 years, serving on various boards and organizations, including the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, The Duluth Merchants Association and the World Floor Covering Association.

Frank Winter
Frank joined Atlanta Flooring Design Centers in 1998. He directs all operations of the company with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability as well as providing day-to-day leadership and management. Frank attended and played football at Tennessee Tech, He can be found volunteering as a coach in the various youth athletic programs in Forsyth County. He enjoys time with his wife and four children and attends Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Cumming, Georgia.
